What rises now is the Aquarian era of light and sovereignty, a time when parents turn inward, trust their intuition, and honour the sacred spark in themselves and their children.

This shift can feel messy, disorienting, even lonely. But it is also vast and accelerating. And it brings boundless opportunity to step into your own alignment, your own way of raising, loving, and thriving.

I’m Lizz Mears, parent coach, art therapist, and founder of the Neurodivergent Parenting Revolution & The Wild Portal. I’ve walked this road: from psych wards as a teen and personal chaos like divorce, to raising two neurodivergent young people outside of a system that tried to dim their light.

Everything I offer, whether it’s the free NDPR community, or the monthly circles inside The Wild Portal, is rooted in this truth: our families are sacred, our stories matter, and together we are weaving a new way forward.
