Hey I’m Lizz 👋🏻

🍄 Founder of The Wild Portal and mum to two incredible neurodivergent kids. After years of battling the education system and losing myself to burnout, I realised parents like us don’t just need advice - we need space.
That’s why I created The Wild Portal: a sanctuary for tired, big-hearted parents to rest, reconnect, and rediscover their magic. 🌙

I know times are tough right now.
So many parents have told me they’d love to join but money’s been tight, and honestly, I get it.

This space was never meant to add to your stress.
It was meant to relieve it.

So for a limited time, I’m opening the Portal doors at £5/month until January 31 2026.
(From February, it’ll return to the usual £12/month.)

💸 Why is there a cost?

I’ve kept this space as low-cost as possible — just £5 a month until January 31st 2026— because I believe support like this should be accessible, not elite.

But here’s the truth: running a safe, supportive, values-led space takes time, energy, and emotional labour. That small contribution helps me keep the lights on, create resources, host community rituals, and show up consistently — without burning myself out.

This is about sustainability, integrity, and building something that lasts.
And your support makes that possible.

Is the Wild Portal an INCLUSIVE SPACE?

This isn’t a sisterhood.
It’s not a brotherhood either.
This is PARENTHOOD. Wild, messy, beautiful parenthood.

What does that mean?
It means everyone is welcome here.

Regardless of your gender, race, religion, neurotype, identity, or family structure — if you’re parenting a neurodivergent child or walking a healing path as a parent yourself, you belong.

This space was made with intention:

✨ For the ones who don't fit in the boxes.
✨ For those rewriting the rules of parenting in their own way.

Do I have to join the WhatsApp Group?

Nope, absolutely not. Only join if you're comfortable to. I simply wanted us to have a more timely way to connect with each other.

Do I have to join the Facebook Group?

Nope, again, this is for community support. If you're not comfortable with this don't worry because you will receive timely emails before each event with all relevant details.

However I do suggest to get the most out of your membership you join at least one group, either WhatsApp or Facebook.

How do I cancel my membership?
